Vehicles List

The Vehicles screen displays a list of vehicles and trailers in a tabular format. It allows the user to view, search, filter and manage vehicle-related records such as registration number, type, make, model, assigned drivers and associated convoys.

Purpose

View and manage all registered vehicles and trailers.
Assign drivers and convoys to specific vehicles.
Add new vehicles to the system.

UI Elements & Layout

Tab Controls (Top-Left Section)

Vehicles (active): Default tab, displays all vehicles.
- Indicator: 6 vehicles tag shows current count.
Services: Switches to services-related information.

Action Button (Top-Right Section)

Create new vehicle
- Opens a form/modal to input new vehicle data.

Table Behaviors:

Columns are sortable (indicated by up/down arrows).
Actionable links:
- Create a convoy – Red text, triggers convoy assignment modal or workflow.
- Assign driver – Red text, opens driver assignment modal.
Status tags:
- Convoy and vehicle types displayed as pill-shaped tags with outlined style.
Some rows have colored key icons (context unknown, possibly fuel/tank/edit).
Ellipsis (“…”) button per row (suggests dropdown with actions like Edit, Duplicate, Delete).

Tacho Module – Driver Activity View (With Assigned Driver & Data)

This screen represents the tachograph activity log for a vehicle with an assigned driver, offering a real-time view of driver behavior across a selected day. The purpose is to monitor and ensure legal compliance with working hours, optimize fleet scheduling and track idle or active driver periods.

- Since it doesn’t map to the predefined categories, it may represent either:
  - “Availability” or “Unidentified” state
  - Possible third-party data import awaiting classification

- Useful for tracking real-time compliance or highlighting the current moment during retrospective viewing
