Purpose

This screen allows users to create and configure a new freight or cargo transportation order quickly. It includes sections for customer information, cargo details, route planning and logistical settings. The layout is user-friendly and optimized for efficiency in order entry.


UI Components Documentation

Header Section

  • Title: New order
  • Description: “Complete the form in seconds and create a new order!”
  • Icon: A building icon representing a corporate action or order entry
  • Close Icon (X): Top-right corner to exit the form
  • Responsible Manager Dropdown:
    • Label: Responsible manager
    • Value shown: User Twenty Four Tenant Two
    • Type: Dropdown selector (presumably for multi-user environments)

Form Block 1: Order Details

A left-side card grouping general order and pricing data.

Fields:

  • Order no.: Text input for manually or system-assigned order number
  • Customer *: Dropdown for selecting a customer (required)
  • Vehicle Information:
    • Assign vehicle: Link/button to select vehicle from available options
  • Price Type *: Dropdown selection with predefined options (e.g., “Fracht”) (required)
  • Order Price (EUR) *: Numeric input initialized to “€ 0” (required)

Form Block 2: Cargo Information

A right-side card grouping cargo-specific settings.

Fields:

  • Special order requirements: Dropdown with values like “None”
  • Other requirements: Free-text field
  • Body type: Dropdown, current value “None”
  • Weight: Numeric input (pre-filled with “7000”) + Unit: “kg”
  • Value: Numeric input for cargo value in Euro

Route Configuration Panel

Action Buttons (above route steps):

  • + Add Cargo Shipment
  • + Add Customs
  • + Add Wash
  • + Add Trailer Pickup
  • + Add Trailer Drop-off

These buttons allow the user to insert extra logistical steps into the transport workflow.

Loading and Unloading Cards:

Each point in the route is visualized in card format with identical structure.

Common Fields:

  • Step Number: Sequential label (e.g., “1”, “2”)
  • Point Selector: Dropdown labeled “Select a point”
  • Date Picker: Input field with calendar and time control
  • Fixed time: Toggle switch to enforce precise time scheduling
  • Icons: Likely represent map/pin location, notes, and attachments (not clearly labeled)

Route Overview Panel

Small summary card that visualizes the planned route sequence.

  • Steps:
    • Loading
    • Unloading
  • Additional Note: “Points without sequence” (indicates optional or unordered route elements)

Bottom Control Bar

  • Cancel: Button to discard and exit the form
  • Save: Brightly styled button (red/orange) to save and submit the order

User Interaction Expectations

  • Required fields must be filled before the Save action can be executed.
  • Sequential route logic is enforced by default but allows customization via additional steps.
  • Data entry efficiency is enhanced through dropdowns, pre-filled values and intelligent toggles.
Hint: The route points do not have to be in a row. The order can be changed by adding a number to the point.
